Osaka Cycling rules review

As from today onwards, the Osaka has implemented new rules on cyclists on the road. It similar to Singapore's traffic rules implemented on vehicles.

Some of the changes are:

1. No listening to walkman or music while cycling.

2. No smoking while cycling

3. No talking on mobile phone while cycling.

4. Bicycles are not allow to take back seat or back stand passengers. (Implemented quite a while ago)

The funny part, why ain't the traffic rules for vehicles not that strict as well ? That leaves me some thoughts to ponder on. But it is also perhaps that bicycles is still use as a main transportation for most of the people and the accidents rates are unexpectedly high.

Okayama Int'l Circuit Part 2 - Racing Preparation

Oh my god !!! I think i wore too little clothing, I did not predict that it would be 0 degree! Or perhaps I should have seen the weather forecast because the weather is too weird in Japan.

By the way, my friend was driving in the BMW M3 while the Porsche was a company associate. It is more likely because of the strict business relationship in Japan, he has no choice but take his 3 months old M3 to the racing track.

PORSCHE PREPARATION

Checking out the engine if anything is wrong

Mounting up video camera to take down the moments during the racing. This is also served as a reference for the driver. He is an experienced driver who has been racing since 10-15 years ago.

Next ... BMW M3 PREPARATION

This is the first time my friend is participating in the race and in order for other racers to take precaution. And the funny part is, he is the only one new driver that is taking part in the race. lol

Hmmm, not trying to package up the car, but taping around those areas will prevent damage and worn off of the car's paint in case there are small stones on the tracks which fly out at incredible speed.

We are done ! Ready for race then .... Getting all heat up ...

Okayama Int'l Circuit Part 1 - Going to Okayama International Circuit

I was afraid that I could not wake up early the next morning, I decided not to sleep at all and looking forward for my first time in racing track. Though we are suppose to set off in 5.15 am, but my friend could not wake up in time (he was the racer though). In the end, we took off at 5.45 am.

Though after setting off for more than 30 minutes, there is still no signs that the sun is rising any sooner (because of the latitude difference)

Ah, after almost one hour of driving, we are almost reaching. I was taking down the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. It is currently autumn season and you can see red leaves blossom all over the mountains. Moreover, this views can be hard seen in Singapore because of its tropical climates, where there are no season differences.

At last, we have arrived Okayama International Circuit, but it seems that we are late.. Most of them are already preparing and tuning their "babes".
