今日のスピーチ大会は素晴らしかった。。。１８人の発表者はいろいろな面白いのスピーチを発表したことで、多分皆たちにいい日になったかもしれない。残念ながら、僕のカメラはスペースが足りないので、全員の発表者のスピーチを取れなくなった。だが、僕はいろいろなもっと楽しいスピーチを録画したので、楽しみに見て下さい。

バクテー又は肉骨茶
シ ンガポールの２０世紀の初めに、苦労しているの人たちとして平均的な食である。簡単な食でなく、それとも彼らの健康を高めるために食べられていた。それ 以来、バクテーはポピュラーな食物(特にシンガポールの朝食として扱われている)になっていた。文字通りに「豚肉骨」として翻訳すると、豚骨やハーブやス パイス（ニンニク、スターアニス、シナモン、クローブ、など）を含んでのスープである。普通には、バクテーに済ませと同時に、中国茶（工夫茶でも言われて いる）と一緒に用意している。

中国風長揚げパン（ヨーティアオ）

Looking back the Valentine's day which I have spent in Singapore, there was quite a different culture happening in Japan. Roses are not as that expensive as it seems in Singapore during this day, and there isn't much sales or promotion in shops as well, except for tonnes of chocolate flooding the store.

In Japan, things seems so different. Guys do nothing, instead gals are the party who will buy chocolates and give it to the guy whom she likens. And on the 14th March, which is exactly a month later, the guy party would show their appreciation by perhaps a little present or maybe again chocolate.

I was around the store this week and you could see the gals swarming around the chocolates and making their finest selection present. Would that be happening in Singapore, apparently no or maybe there is still minority I supposed.

Hey, do you think that Singapore should have this kind of system as well ?

いつもみんなたちはシンガポールの料理に興味があったので、僕はこれをついて、ちょっと写真や情報を伝えると思う。


チリ蟹
ハードシェルのカニ使え、濃いトマトチリソースを調理され、シンガポールには有名な料理である。ソースを便利に食べられるために、マントウ（中国饅）とかパンが付いているである。チリカニ以外、黒コショウカニでも人気があった味である。


カレー魚頭(Curry Fishhead)
中華料理とインド料理の式を融合料理である。主材料はバラフエダイの頭、それで土 鍋を使え、いろいろな野菜と濃いカレーをとろ火でとろとろ煮込む。食べる時には、パンとかライスを付き、食べている。また、アサムカレー魚頭というバー ジョンもある。タマリンドジュースを加えて、カレーを甘酸っぱい味である。


ロティプラタ(Roti Prata)
インド料理の煎餅である。ロティプラタの生地はラード、卵、小麦粉と水から作ら れ、鉄板で焼いていて、皮がほどよくサクサクした。伝統的なロティプラタはカレーをつけて食べたが、なかなか人々は砂糖や練乳をつけて食べる場合でもある。24時間営業の店はおかげで、いつでも食べられるけど、シンガポール人の習慣は大体朝ごはんや深夜の料理をたべている。



ハイナンチキンライス (Hainanese Chicken Rice)
は シンガポールの国家料理と呼ばれる。普通の食堂だけでなく、高級なホテルには、この料理も見つられる。ライスはチキンスープを使え、米やいろいろな材料と 一緒に煮る、できたのライスはチキンの香りである。鶏の皮は真白で、肉がふわふわしていた。食べる時、チリやキュウリと伴う、最高の味である。


ナシルマッ（Nasi Lemak）
ココナツのジュースと米と一緒に煮るのライスである。それで、ご飯はオムレツ、フライドイカンビリス（アンチョビ）、ピーナッツ、キュウリ、サンバルチリ と一緒食べる。時にはフライドチキンやオタアーオタア（マレヤタイルの魚肉だんご）で食べている。伝統的なナシルマッはバナナの葉を使え、包まれる。


サテ（Satay）
マリネにしたキューブ形の肉を小さい竹ステッキに通す、炭火でバーベキューする。甘スパイシーなピーナッツソースにつけ、それと生タマネギ、キュウリ、ケトパ（マレやスタイルのお餅）と一緒食べている。サテの種類は鶏肉、牛肉、羊肉と豚肉。


バーベキューエイ(BBQ Stingray)
シンガポールの料理中に味蕾を挑戦である。イカの表面には、サンバチリに薄く塗りまま、鉄板で焼く。焼いたの外側がパリパリしていたが、中の肉の柔らかさや水分が保持された。それで、食べる前に、レモンまたはライムのジュースが上にかけて、チリと一緒に食べる。


チャー　クェイ　ティオ(Char Kway Teow)
シンガポールには焼きそば種類の一。この料理を使っているのそばは 米から作られ、真白扁形である。醤油とチリで味付け、エビ、ザルガイ、卵、大豆、中国ソーセージや魚肉だんごスライスを加え、繰り返す高温の油で焼き。こ の料理特色は、豚皮揚げが追加され、味を強調のである。



チャイ　タゥ　クェイ(Carrot Cake)
焼き大根という料理である。大根を小さなキューブの形を切れ、それで主要の調味料、醤油と使え、卵、ニンニク、タマネギなどの材料と一緒に焼き。シン ガポールでは、2つのバージョンの焼き大根がある。"白"バージョンは焼き時に、卵を加え、卵が焼き大根の皮になっている。 "黒"バージョンは、甘い醤油と卵混ぜて、黒っぽい色のである。
